  • Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here.

    We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to your first class so we can get you set up and comfortable on the reformer.

    Wear comfortable workout clothing.

    Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you forget them, they’re available for purchase at the studio.

    Bring a water bottle. Water is the only beverage permitted in the studio.

  • Yes, all classes at CorePress are designed to be adaptable.

    Our instructors provide clear guidance, along with modifications and progressions, so you can move at a level that feels right for your body.

    If you’re new or feeling unsure, we recommend starting with Core + Restore or CorePress Signature.

  • All classes are 50 minutes.

  • Yes. We offer a single intro class for $30 and a 3-class intro pack for $79 so you can experience the method before committing.

  • Your membership begins on the date of purchase.

    We recommend purchasing when you’re ready to start attending classes so you can make the most of your membership cycle.

  • We recommend arriving on time so you can get the full experience and proper setup.

    Your spot will be released to a client on the waitlist at the time of class.

  • We keep our classes intentionally small. Your spot matters.

    We understand that things come up. We simply ask that you cancel at least 8 hours before class so we can offer your spot to someone else.

    Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class are considered late cancellations.

    Class Packs:

    Late cancel → loss of credit

    No-show → loss of credit

    Memberships:

    Late cancel → $25 fee

    No-show → $25 fee

  • Class packs are a one-time purchase with an expiration window.

    Memberships are billed monthly and reset each billing cycle.

  • Life happens. We’ve got you.

    If you need to pause, we make it simple.

    You can place your membership on hold up to 2 times per year, free of charge.

    Each hold must be a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 30 days.

    During this time, your billing will be fully paused.

    Just submit your request in advance through the app or by email.

    MEDICAL HOLD

    If you need time to recover, we’re here for that.

    Up to 90 days with documentation from a licensed provider.

    This does not count toward your annual holds.

    Billing is fully paused for the duration.

    PREGNANCY HOLD

    Support through every stage.

    Your membership can be paused at any time no fee, no documentation required.

    Available throughout pregnancy and up to 12 weeks postpartum.

    When you’re ready to return, we’ll be here.

  • Do class credits expire?

    Yes. All class credits have an expiration window.

    Single class → expires in 30 days

    5-class pack → expires in 60 days

    10-class pack → expires in 90 days

    We recommend booking in advance to make the most of your classes before they expire.

  • Water is allowed in a sealed bottle.

    To maintain a clean and focused environment, food and other beverages are not permitted in the studio.

  • We ask that phones remain on silent and are not used during class.

    This helps you stay focused and allows for a more connected experience.

    If you need to take a call, please step outside the studio.

  • Yes. We’ll provide cleaning supplies at the end of class so you can wipe down your reformer.

  • If you have an injury or specific condition, we recommend receiving clearance from your doctor before attending.

    Please let your instructor know before class so we can provide appropriate modifications.

  • Prenatal Clients:

    If you are pregnant, please receive approval from your doctor before attending class.

    We recommend starting with a private session so we can guide you through appropriate modifications.

    During class, please inform your instructor prior to starting so we can support you throughout.

    We recommend joining Restore + Core or CorePress Signature.

    Jumpboard work is not recommended during pregnancy.

    Postnatal Clients:

    If you are newly postpartum, we recommend receiving clearance from your doctor before returning to class.

    If you are early in your recovery or navigating core or pelvic floor concerns, we encourage starting with a private session.

    You may begin with Restore + Core or CorePress Signature before progressing further.

    Your instructor may recommend avoiding higher-impact movements, including jumpboard work, until you feel ready.
